Ashley Nocera has been a fitness star as well as an Instagram star for years. Ashley came into the USA in August of 1994 under the zodiac signs of Leo. Ashley hasn't spoken about her parents much however she has stated that her body-building father is what inspires her to exercise. Ashley was always physically active. As a young girl of 4, she began to swim and did it for about 10 years. She participated in numerous events, however she was not as committed as she wasn't ready to be put on strict diet in order that her body was able to perform the best. It is believed that she enjoyed a lot of attention in high school due to her gorgeous appearance and slender figure. However, it's not established if Ashley dated during this period. Ashley chose not to attend the university after graduating and instead pursued a modelling career as a fitness model. Ashley was fifteen when she realized how unsatisfied she was with her body. Her grandfather encouraged her to go to the gym. She followed the advice of her grandfather to start slowly. Little did she know that she would spend nine years working on her physique before becoming an exercise idol. Ashley's triumph inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. The team finished in seventh place and felt that this was a loss. The result made Ashley push herself to be better. Ashley won the fifth spot in the WBFF World Championships in 2015. Following this, she decided not to compete again. While she competed in tournaments, she would receive offers of photography shoots. She didn't want to join her two careers. After she retired from competing and quit the sport she began to work as a fitness model. Her photo was published on the front cover of a popular fitness magazine that instantly began her journey as a fitness model as she got to sign with a modelling agency. She has gained a lot of attention as a model. She was a model for a variety of bikini and clothing brands.
